U.P. RERA order compliance module
Keeping a track on the compliance of orders passed by RERA Benches is a
time-consuming and tedious task. U.P. RERA has introduced an online order compliance
module to track and manage the compliance of orders issued by RERA Benches. As part
of this process, the complainant and the respondent are required to submit the
compliance status of the orders along with supporting evidences.
U.P. RERA officials verify the details submitted through this module to ascertain whether
compliance on a given order has been completed. In case it is found that the order was
not complied with or the supporting evidence uploaded is insufficient or inconsistent,
then further action is taken against the respondent to enforce compliance of the orders.
