      Introduction of E-courts for hearing of complaints


      U.P. RERA has implemented an integrated complaints management module to
      streamline the process from the point of filling an online complaint to the uploading of
      the orders of the RERA Benches.  The digitization of the entire process helped the
      Authority in reducing the overall time taken to decide the complaints filed and also move
      towards paperless working environment.













































      Currently all the complaints are being managed through the e-Courts module.
