Workshops and Townhalls
Workshops are an effective platform for engaging and interacting with stakeholders
directly. The Authority has been organizing intensive advocacy programmes at various
locations of the state in co-ordination with the competent authorities. Under this
programme, workshops have been organized at most of the important locations like
NOIDA, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, etc.
The objective of these workshops and townhalls is to create awareness by sensitizing all
the stakeholders and having an interactive sessions about the RERA. These workshops
were attended by homebuyers, promoters, homebuyers’ and promoters’ associations,
representatives of the competent authorities, engineers and architects.
The Authority has been holding constructive engagements with all the stakeholders
including bankers who are the custodian of the project accounts. To sensitize the
bankers about the sensitivity of the dedicated project accounts, a meeting of the State
Level Banker’s Committee (SLBC) was organized under the chairmanship of Hon’ble
Chairman Shri Rajive Kumar.
