Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority, to achieve its mandate set in the Real
0522-2781441 Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, launched its web portal on 26th July 2017
with basic functionalities for registration of projects and agents and management of
0522-2781454 complaints. Since then, the Authority adopted an incremental approach of digitizing
processes to improve transparency and overall ‘Ease of Doing Business’. Over the course
0522-2781451 of last three years, various services have been introduced, revised, and upgraded from
time-to-time on the web portal to ensure compliance with the RERA Act, the Uttar

Estate Regulatory Authority (General) Regulations, 2019.

The web portal has developed in consultation with various stakeholders and

portal again demonstrates the confidence of the homebuyers of the state towards the
Authority. The U.P. RERA web portal is committed to maintaining the sacrosanct nature

Existing Features of the U.P. RERA Web portal

Application for registration of real estate projects
Section – 3 of the RERA Act mandates a real estate promoter to register its real estate
project (meeting the requirements defined in the section 2 (1) of the Act) with the Real
Estate Regulatory Authority. Before the registration of a project with U.P. RERA, a
promoter has to first register itself on the web portal. Using the promoter login

0120-2326104 credentials, the promoter can submit an application for the registration of its project(s).
The promoter has to use the same promoter login to submit, on the website of the
0120-2326104 Authority, all other compliances as per the provisions of the Act.

‘Promoter’ registration option under the

The promoter has to submit the details
