Session IV - Interface between RERA & Related Government Agencies

The session was structured to address the land related issues including payment of dues
and zero periods along with other issues such as due diligence and timely approvals by
competent authorities, arrangement for timely revalidations & completion certificates by
competent authorities, advocacy and creating awareness about RERA & other relevant
laws and no objection certificates and clearances from agencies like department of Fire
Service, Electrical Safety, Pollution Control Board, etc.
