                                        1st National RERA Conclave

       Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (U.P. RERA) along with Government of
       India and Government of Uttar Pradesh organised the “1st National RERA Conclave” on
       Monday, 4th November 2019 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.  The Conclave was designed to
       discuss various key aspects in the Real Estate sector and develop a roadmap for
       accelerated development and effective regulation of the sector.

       The Conclave attracted the participation from various stakeholders, including RERA
       Chairpersons, members and senior officers, senior officers of the Government of India and
       the State Government, homebuyers, promoters,  developers,  development  authorities  /
       competent authorities, financial institutions, government agencies, industry associations
       and legal experts amongst others.

       Conclave Highlights:
       1. Attended by 17 RERA Chairpersons
       2. Participation from over 18 State RERA Chapters
       3. Participation from the Central and State Government departments
       4. Five Panel discussion sessions and around 50 Panelists
       5. Partnership with National Home Buyers Associations and National Industry
           associations such as CREDAI & NAREDCO
       6. Participation of around 2000 delegates
       7. Five Knowledge Partners for each of the five sessions (ANAROCK Property Consultants,
           Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), KPMG, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas
           & Co Advocates & Solicitors and MagicBricks)
