Five sessions were organised in the Conclave. They were as follows:

Session I - Addressing Challenges & Moving Forward in Real Estate

The session on “Addressing Challenges & Moving Forward in Real Estate” was structured
to deliberate on the growth and revival story of the real estate sector in India. The
discussions during the session focused on the implementation of RERA during the last
three years along with several other policy shifts the sector had witnessed. The
deliberations also aimed at benchmarking the sectoral development and policies for its
promotion in India.
